If our FAQ didn't solve your problem, just ask our technical support. You can either...

1. Fill out the technical support request form, and submit it to us.

Your customer number and license number can be found on the electronic mail your received when you registered (the one that also contained your registration code), or on your invoice.

Thank you to be as specific as you can. Include all information that seems relevant to you. If a particular hardware is involved (a printer for instance), give us details about it (brand, model, even the version of the drivers if you can).
